Customize IRM Mobile Application Loading Indicator

While the IRM mobile application is loading, a progress animation is displayed.  By default this is a grey background (used to be blue) with blinking dots.  As of mobile suite version, the IRM mobile loading animation can be customized.

  • Mobile Suite version or later is required
  • Open the file c:\inetpub\wwwroot\irm\css\apploading.css in an editor
  • The simplest modification is to change the background-color from #808080 (grey), to the color of your choice
  • Below is the default CSS for the loading dots animation.  To override this, add your custom CSS for #appLoadingIndicator to the appLoading.css file.  Knowledge of CSS is required and beyond the scope of this article.  RDP will not provide nor support custom CSS.
  • A customized apploading.css file will not be replaced by subsequent mobile suite updates
