Startup.asp Error when Launching the IRM

RDP has encountered the following error when launching the IRM.
In order to solve this problem,
login to the RDP-DOS system, select option "993" - "File
Maintenance Utility" on the System Maintenance menu, open file 80 (HRESERVE.DAT)
and check for a record marked "******". If this record exists,
delete it using the <F9> key.
