"Settlement in Progress" Error
Use the following
steps if you encounter a "Settlement in Progress" error while
depositing transactions with PBADMIN.
- Login to PBADMIN. From
the Main Menu, select the option for "Administrator Setup".
- From the Administrator Setup
menu, select "Location Information". The following screen
displays.

- Go to the "Settlement in
Progress" field. (Press the <SHIFT> and <F3> keys
simultaneously and then <ENTER>)
- Change the "Settlement in
Progress" field to "NO" by pressing the space bar.
- Press <F10> to save the
change.
- <ESCAPE> back to the
Main Menu.
- Select "Database
Management".
- From the "Database
Management" menu, select "Modify Transaction Status".
- Verify that the "Move
Transactions" window specifies that transactions move from a status of "In
Progress" to "Selected".
In PBAdmin Version 4.8 - 5.0 do the following:
- Login to PBADMIN. From the Main Menu, select the option for "Administrator Setup".
- Select the option Location Administration

- While in the Location Administration navigate to the Industry Tab you will see a
section labeled the "Settlement in Progress" field. (Press the <SHIFT>
and <F3> keys simultaneously and then <ENTER>)

- Uncheck the settlement in progress checkbox.

- Click the Save button
- Navigate to the Database Manager.
- Select modify transaction status and move In progress to selected. Click OK.
