RDPWin Client Errors (RDPWin, CRMWeb, & IRM.net)
After New Client Installation

Issue:  Sometimes DLL files are not laid down correctly by install shield resulting in various errors after installation.  A simple trouble shooting step is to delete the ..\..\bin folders that hold all of the DLL files and then rerun the install program in repair mode.

Solution for Errors After Installing RDPWin Client:

  1. Explore to c:\programfiles\resortdataprocessing\rdpwin\Bin and delete the bin folder and/or all contents.
  2. Rerun the RDPWin client install program.  It should be located in the mapped drive \\RDPDATAservername\RDPNT\RDP\RDPWinSetup\RDPWinClient2.xxx.exe.
  3. Choose repair mode - click next, then Install until you can click the button to finish.
  4. Restart RDPWin.

Solution for Errors After Installing RDPWin Client:

  1. Explore to c:\inetpub\wwwroot\irmnet\bin and delete the bin folder and/or all contents.
  2. Rerun the IRMNet install program
  3. Choose repair mode, click Next then Install.

Solution for Errors After Installing CRMWeb:

  1. Explore to c:\inetpub\wwwroot\CRM\bin and delete the bin folder and/or all contents.
  2. Rerun the CRMWeb install program
  3. Choose repair mode, click Next then Install.
  4. Restart CRMWeb.
