CRMWeb Pervasive Error
System Temporarily Unavailable

After updating the CRM and guests access accounts, the system posts the following error message:

The system is temporarily unavailable, please try again later.  CRMWebSvc-IsUtilityRunning:  could not load file or assembly 'Pervasive.Data.SqlClient, Version=, Culture-neutral, PublicKeyToken=c84cd5c63851e072' or one of its dependencies.  The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)


The pervasive .dll did not get updated correctly on the web server.

  1. From Windows Explorer, navigate to /inetpub/wwwroot/CRM and delete the bin folder.
  2. Navigate to inetpub/wwwroot/RDPWinCentralSvc and delete the bin folder.
  3. run the installation again choosing the repair option.
