9.52 Hot Fix Installation Error
Issue: When installing the Pervasive 9.52 Hot fix you may encounter some
errors similar to the view below. The .dll file may be one of various different names:
The reason for this could be one of three things

Solution:
- If Pervasive is running as a service on the machine being installed,
stop the PSQL service by going to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools ->
Services.
- Right-click on the PSQL Relational and Transactional engines and stop them.
- Click Retry.
- If RDP is open, log out of RDP applications and click
Retry.
- If you are not logged onto the machine as the local administrator,
abort
the Hot Fix. Log off and log in as administrator and try to run the Hot Fix
again.
