Slow Performance Due to Transaction Logging in Pervasive

Problem: Default Pervasive Log Files Slow Performance
RDP
Solution: Use the following steps to turn off Pervasive logging on the local machine.
  1. Click Start | Programs | Pervasive | Pervasive Control Center
  2. Select the LOCAL Pervasive.SQL engine. The local engine is identical to the machine name. 
  3. Click Configuration | Server | Data Integrity. 
  4. Set "Transaction Durability" to OFF. 
  5. Save the changes and exit.
  6. Reboot
