the Pervasive monitor to log users out of RDP |

| Solution: |
Use
the following steps for deleting users from the RDP system in order to
run 995 (or another utility that requires all users to log off):
- From any workstation with the
Pervasive client installed,
Click Start | Programs | Pervasive | Pervasive.SQL 2000i | Utilities
| Monitor
- Select Options | Connect. Enter the
server name, and login as administrator (Windows NT) or admin
(NetWare).
- Select Microkernel | Active Users
- Highlight the user, click the
"Delete Current User Button".
