IRM.Net Installation Rolls Back and Does Not Install

During the IRM.Net installation, the install program rolls back and
does not install.
The Event Viewer located under Start --> Control Panel --> Administrative
Tools will read:
Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: IRM.Net. Product Version:
2.095.13. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Resort Data Processing.
Installation success or error status: 1603.
Manually add the application in IIS (Internet Information Services).
Open Internet Information Services from Start --> Control Panel
--> Administrative Tools.
Expand the computer name --> expand Web Sites.
Right click on Default Web Site and click Add Application. Note: Only Administrators can add applications.
In the Alias field, enter IRMNet.
In the Physical Path field, enter C:\INETPUB\WWWROOT\IRMNet. Note: It may be required to create the IRMNet folder.
Repeat for RDPWinCentralSvc and Synxis, if needed.
