IRM.Net Slow Responding

Issue: The IRM.Net is very slow to respond when retrieving a single reservation record or when logging into an owner account.



Solution: Windows 2008 Server, turn off TCP/IP 6.0 on the IRM.Net server.

  1. Start -->  Control Panel.
  2. Click Networks & Sharing Center.
  3. Click Change Adapter Settings.
  4. Select the correct Local Area Connection in use --> right click and select Properties.
  5. Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).
