- Determine which Confirmation the
customer wants to use, for example the customer always wants to print
the New Reservation Confirmation (270).
- Update table XK, subrecord 270.
- Change field #6 Program Option Code to
120. This designates it as the default confirmation.
- The standard default Confirmation in
option 120 is 272. Blank out field #6 in subrecord 272.
- Test the change by accessing a
reservation in 120 and using power user option V. The new
default should be 270.08/11/16
