Problem: Reservation has been accidentally checked-out early
RDP
Solution: Two options for solving this problem.

Option 1
If the reservation was accidentally checked out on the current day, simply use the "Uncheckout" option in the RDP131 Power User menu.

  • Note: This option is only valid if the current system date is equal to the reservation's departure date!

Option 2
The mistake is discovered after the reservation's departure date.

  1. Make a new reservation.
  2. Check the new reservation in to the room where the guest was accidentally checked-out of.
  3. Transfer the balance from the old reservation to the new reservation.
  4. Post any missed room charges manually using a manual room charge (20) or the appropriate package code.
