If the reservation was accidentally checked out on the current
day, simply use the "Uncheckout" option in the RDP131 Power User
- Note: This option is only valid if
the current system date is equal to the reservation's departure date!
The mistake is discovered after the reservation's departure date.
- Make a new reservation.
- Check the new reservation in to the room
where the guest was accidentally checked-out of.
- Transfer the balance from the old
reservation to the new reservation.
- Post any missed room charges manually
using a manual room charge (20) or the appropriate package code.
