Problem

This message may be encountered after upgrading to the RN Enhanced Rates and Packages module on a system which previously did not have the R8 or the RH modules installed.

This error occurs when the user attempts to run the 920: Generate Forecast Records option and no rate plans exist on the group masters.

Solution

Add rate plans to the group masters in the group master menu 6, option 202.
