75 Printing to a Windows Shared Printer

Problem
The error message below occurs when the user tries to print to a
network printer. The problem is due to the file "wp000xxx.tmp"
being in read only mode on the C:\ root directory on the computer from which the
user is trying to print. (xxx portion of the file name represents the
station number in RDP which can be found in the top, right corner of the RDP
screen.) The "wp000xxx.tmp" file attributes will be
read-only.

Solution
Remove the Read-only attribute on the "wp000xxx.tmp" file and
delete the file from the C:\ root directory on the computer from which you are
trying to print. If you cannot remove the file attributes or delete the
file, reboot the workstation.
