If you are unable to connect to a Win2000 Server running Terminal Services, check to see if there is a firewall between the server and the outside world.  If there is, then PORT 3389 needs to be opened on the firewall to allow for communication.

Other Ports that might need to be opened:

Ports between the IRM Bridge Server and the outside world:
        Port 80   - Internet Traffic
        Port 1680 - Carbon Copy
        Port 1720 - Net Meeting
        Port 443 - SSL
Ports between the IRM Bridge Server and the RDP Data Server:
Port 1583 - ODBC Port for Crystal
        Port 3351 - Btrieve/Pervasive Transactional Engine
